How supplier partnerships work
How opportunities work
When a client brief matches your area of expertise, SOURA may invite you to quote alongside a small number of other suitable suppliers. Inclusion depends on fit for each individual brief.
Ordering and invoicing
Where a brief proceeds, SOURA may place the order with you for the approved customer project. In that case, the supplier contracts with and invoices SOURA, and SOURA invoices the customer under one consolidated arrangement.
Commercial arrangements
SOURA may require trade pricing, a referral or success-fee arrangement, or an agreed commercial structure. Payment terms and invoicing arrangements will be agreed before work begins. Supplier fees do not determine which option SOURA recommends.
Supplier responsibilities
Suppliers remain responsible for product quality, fulfilment, warranties and regulatory compliance for the goods or services they provide.
Customer relationships
Where SOURA introduces a customer opportunity, the relevant commercial, confidentiality and relationship terms will be agreed with the supplier before any work begins.
What we may request
Company overview, service description, case studies, insurance details, relevant accreditations and standard commercial terms.
Customer data
Client information is shared with suppliers only where necessary to respond to a specific brief, and handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
